This will be a broad introductionto learning how to play the gongs and bowls. A more in-depth 5 week series will be offered in February 2026 that will be introduced at this event.
This event will cover the basics needed to start playing for your own benefit and that of others. There will be a 21min Sound Meditation to end the class. Q&A throughout live and in the chat 👍
