This session is 1hr in length. The first 5-10min will be dialogue then Leah will begin to play her chakra set of crystal bowls and I will play the gong. The music created during this session increases the production of Oxytocin, Serotonin, Nitric Oxide and Anandamide. These are the FEEL good neurochemicals that the body manufactures which bring balance to the nervous system and endocrine system while boosting the immune system. The frequencies and harmonics you’ll receive will raise the voltage (energy levels) in the body, which decline as we age. Exposure to these different sound waves has also been shown to significantly alter blood chemistry and decrease blood glucose levels.
