About the event
Our retreat will be held at Canyon of the Ancients Guest Ranch in McElmo canyon near the Four Coners. Â This venue is absolutely spectacular and other-wordly. Â Many of the attendees from our past events have stated that this place feels like a portal or doorway to higher consciousness, another dimension.
We will start the retreat on Friday after check-in. Â We will begin with a short intro and gathering then we will have dinner followed by a unique Yoga Nidra experience. Â Â After a very restful sleep we will begin the morning early with a very special offering followed by breakfast. Â Â
The day will continue on Saturday with a morning yoga class followed by lunch. Â After lunch on Saturday there will be a couple hours of free-time where you can hike the canyon, discover petroglyaphs, rest and bask in the energy of The Canyon of the Ancients.
