Full Moon Winter Solstice Retreat (Wagstaff - Single Room)

Our retreat will be held at Canyon of the Ancients Guest Ranch in McElmo canyon near the Four Coners.  This venue is absolutely spectacular and other-wordly.  Many of the attendees from our past events have stated that this place feels like a portal or doorway to higher consciousness, another dimension.

We will start the retreat on Friday after check-in.  We will begin with a short intro and gathering then we will have dinner followed by a unique Yoga Nidra experience.   After a very restful sleep we will begin the morning early with a very special offering followed by breakfast.

The day will continue on Saturday with a morning yoga class followed by lunch.  After lunch on Saturday there will be a couple hours of free-time where you can hike the canyon, discover petroglyaphs, rest and bask in the energy of The Canyon of the Ancients.

We will have a late afternoon class (TBD) followed by dinner.  Then after dinner we will be doing a Sound Meditation with Crystal Singing Bowls and the Gong.

After another blissful nights rest we will have a light breakfast followed by a Cacao Cerermony to close out the weekend.

This is truly an extraordinary opportunity to create the shifts and changes that you're desiring  in your life.  The practices that we will be sharing bring coherence to the heart and brain/mind.   This results in a state where spontaneous healing can take place and we have witnessed many "miraculous" transformations during and after these practices.
