Join us for a ceremonial Equinox experience with Cacao and Sound at 500 Railroad Ave on Sunday September 22nd starting at 4pm. We will begin the session with a Sacred Cacao Ceremony followed by a Sound Meditation will Crystal Bowls and the Gong .

About the event
This sacred cacao ceremony opens the pathways (nadis) to the heart chakra so that we can clean and clear out negative feelings and experiences that are blocking our path forward into harmony and balance with all our relations.
We will honor the directions, set intention and share the sacred manifest spirit of cacao. After the ceremonial sharing of cacao we will dive into the full power of sound and facilitate body/mind coherence.
Steven will play Sedna and Leah will play a beautiful charka set of Crystal Singing Bowls. The combination of the Gong and Bowls calms the mind, relaxes the body, resets the nervous system, boosts the immune system and lowers blood glucose levels whilst bringing relief from our daily stress/anxiety.
