This will be an incredible opportunity to go inward and Tune-In to the current frequencies, changes and shifts that we are experiencing collectively on this planet. We will be traversing time and space throughout this retreat with specially tailored yoga, meditation and sound healing classes.

About the event
Our retreat will be held at Canyon of the Ancients Guest Ranch in McElmo canyon near the Four Corners. Â This venue is absolutely spectacular and multidimensional. Â Many of the attendees from our past events have stated that this place feels like a portal or doorway to higher consciousness.
We will start the retreat on Friday after check-in. Â We will begin with a short intro and gathering then we will have dinner followed by a unique Yoga Nidra experience. Â Â After a very restful sleep we will begin the morning early with a very special offering followed by breakfast. Â Â
The day will continue on Saturday with a morning yoga class followed by lunch. Â After lunch on Saturday there will be a couple hours of free-time where you can hike the canyon, discover petroglyphs, rest and bask in the energy of The Canyon of the Ancients.
